    A song that is about murder, assassination or mentions Rome- Murder, assassination…Or ROME? OK, it took me a second to get this one, until I realised today’s date is March 15th, The Ides of March, assassination of Caesar… I selected the song Vehicle by The Ides of March, now I know that’s a bit of a stretch because its the band name not the song name, but c’mon, it’s a great song by the Ides of March…and a stranger wants you to hop inside his car, it could be about murder after all…
    (by the way Svengoolie fans, The Ides of March are a band from Berwyn Illinois… Yes that’s right BERWYN!)

    B-Side of a one hit wonder- Monster Mash by Bobby “Boris” Pickett was a one hit wonder, but what a hit it was, it quickly became the permanent unofficial theme of Halloween! It was a number one hit when it was released in 1962 and charted several more times in later years (notably in ’70 & ’73 when it was reissued)… The original B-side was Monsters’ Mash Party, a very similarly themed jam 🎃…
