    A song that has an animal in the title- Crocodile Rock by the Joneses (Elton John cover)… Elton John said in a recent interview that Crocodile Rock was among his least favorite of his songs to perform… Sorry Elton, this version is better anyway…

    A summer song that was released in the 70s – Rock Lobster by the B-52’s always reminds me of Summer and the beach… The original independently released single came out in ’78, it was re-recorded for their major label debut in ’79, both versions are pretty similar…
    I have fond memories of seeing the B-52’s (with the Talking Heads) at the dr. Pepper music festival at the Wollman rink in Central Park in August of ’79…
